Announcing our new Executive Director

The Center for New Data (“New Data”) is thrilled to share that Jacqueline Edwards was unanimously chosen by its Board of Directors to serve as its Executive Director.

Jacqueline is an experienced leader who has led global teams, managed growth in non profit technology companies, and built robust digital communities of practice. She previously served as Interim CEO and COO at Medic, an organization supporting over 130,000 community health workers with digital tools to deliver lifesaving care.

Jacqueline is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with her partner and three young children. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for New Data, firmly anchoring its operations in the U.S. South where many of the organization’s community partners are fighting to protect voter access.

As the new Executive Director of New Data, she will lead overall strategy and operations of the organization, and will continue the momentum built on New Data’s pivotal work in the 2020 and 2022 election cycles.We’re looking forward to sharing our strategy for 2024 with our partners, supporters, and volunteers.
